My role

Bridging product strategy and user experience.

At meutudo, I worked as a Staff Product Designer in a role combining technical leadership, strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

I worked closely with Product Managers and Engineering, helping shape roadmaps, priorities and solutions across multiple product fronts.

Scope

01

Canal App

Core app journeys including registration, home, contracts and pending actions.

02

Formalization

Treating the contracting journey as a product, balancing operational security and user experience.

03

Insurance

Experiences for income protection and life insurance products.

Selected work

01—02

Contract management

01

Making contract information easier to understand.

Research with customer support showed that a significant share of contacts came from questions about contracts. We redesigned the experience to surface clearer and more relevant information for each product.

The new experience reduced dependency on support and created space for self-service capabilities such as early loan repayment directly in the app.

Onboarding + WhatsApp 2FA

02

A faster and more contextual first experience.

We redesigned the registration journey and introduced identity verification through WhatsApp, simplifying the flow and adapting it to different financial products.

The initiative improved contact success rates and reduced verification costs while creating a lighter onboarding experience.

How I work

Evidence over assumptions.

Product decisions were continuously informed by metrics, funnels, session replays and research insights.

The goal was not only to improve interfaces, but to help strengthen a design culture grounded in evidence, learning and measurable outcomes.
